congee

1 small pot of rice (if you like it think, you can add more), 1 pot of water.
soak the rice over night with water....
boil the water until boil then add the rice with it....let it boil until the rice open..
it takes about 45 mins...remember don't let it boil out...dont' make your kitchen dirty..
remember to use something to mix it....don't burn the bottom..
to finish your congee...buy some meat or whatever you like....
how to I have the beefball? Just use 豆粉和豉油 "yip" 嗎?
use salt, white pepper, soy, oyster sause to mix it first...then add some 豆粉....mix it again...then finally use some oil...
remember the order ar..
